Where unexpected ideas become real systems.
Technology at the service of people.
More than an agency. A system of thinking.
MADCON stands for mad connections — the courage to link things that have never been linked before. We are a creative company that develops products, designs systems, and builds software and hardware. At every level, the work is about connection: connecting people, technologies and passions in ways that haven't been done yet.
Our work spans from hardware audio product design to the development of transparency standards for music in the age of AI. Everything we touch is grounded in the latest technology — but never constrained by how things were done before.
We pursue our own ideas and projects, and we also develop on behalf of others — when it fits our philosophy. We are not a typical service agency. We are a system builder. A place where concepts become real, where products are designed from first principles, where new standards can emerge.
Above all, we carry one principle through everything we do: the human being stays at the center. Technology wraps around people, not the other way around. Everything we create serves to empower — to give people more strength, more energy, more freedom to focus on what truly matters to them.
Two words. One system of thinking.
For us, "mad" doesn't mean chaos. It means the courage to go off the beaten track — to realize ideas that no one else dares. We combine unexpected design with innovative technology to create something genuinely unique. We think outside the box, break conventions, and build products that surprise and delight.
CON is our guiding acronym — five values that define everything we build:
From concept to reality — across four disciplines.
Hardware and software for music creation and listening. Products that don't just function — they feel. From professional studio tools to lifestyle audio experiences.
Practical AI integration for the creative industry and SMEs. We develop frameworks, standards and intelligent systems grounded in certified expertise — not hype.
Concepts shaped from first principles. We design hardware, interfaces and experiences where aesthetics and usability are inseparable — never one without the other.
For businesses that want more than a consultant. We turn complexity into something real, usable and human — building systems that last well beyond the engagement.
We were early adopters — not because it was fashionable, but because we recognized what AI actually enables: the ability to organize complexity, accelerate ideas, and finally build what had always existed only as vision.
MADCON's AI work is grounded in structured, certified knowledge — applied to real challenges in the creative industries, music technology, and SME consulting. We connect AI competence with decades of industry experience to deliver something most AI consultants cannot: genuine understanding of the domain.
MADCON doesn't only consult — it builds. ARAI is one example of a concept that moved from a document into a working standard. A system designed to solve a real, pressing problem in the music industry.
Projects like ARAI show what happens when music expertise, AI competence and design thinking operate together — and when the founder has spent decades inside the very industry the project is trying to change.
A transparency and attribution standard for music in the age of artificial intelligence. ARAI defines how AI-assisted music creation is measured, disclosed and fairly attributed — establishing a new layer of trust between artists, platforms and the music industry.

Sven Kremers doesn't fit into categories.
He builds bridges where others see boundaries.
Between music and technology. Between business and creativity. Between human instinct and artificial intelligence.
His journey didn't start in a boardroom. It started with a Walkman in a tent in Spain — six years old, sick, isolated, with one song on repeat. Music wasn't entertainment. It was survival. From there, everything evolved in parallel: days on the airfield training as an aircraft mechanic, nights in clubs learning how to read people, not just play records.
He spent over a decade as a DJ, developing a style that didn't fit the system at the time. Not underground enough. Not commercial enough. Today it's called open format. Back then it was simply ahead of its time.
At the same time, he entered the music technology industry — moving from product specialist to global sales leadership, working with international teams, brands and distribution networks across the US, South America, Asia, Europe and beyond. He understands systems. He understands markets. And more importantly, he understands people.
But the real turning point wasn't a promotion. It was a moment. A night in a studio with Klaus Schulze, one of the pioneers of electronic music. No hierarchy. No ego. Just two people talking about music, technology and life. Klaus let him work on a track. Sven didn't reinvent it. He shaped it. Gave it flow. Gave it feeling. The next morning, Klaus listened and said:
"Geiler Groove. Dat bleibt so."
— Klaus Schulze, pioneer of electronic music. The track was later nominated for a Grammy.Es war Anerkennung. Nicht ausgesprochen. Gegeben. Dieser Moment blieb — weil er alles definiert, was Sven heute baut. Technologie ist nicht der Punkt. Entscheidend ist, was man damit macht.">Klaus gave him his old Mac. Not as a tool. As a signal. "I can't watch you struggle with that pc tin can." It was recognition. Not spoken. Given. That moment stayed — because it defines everything Sven builds today. Technology is not the point. What you do with it is.
After years at the top of the global music industry, he walked away. Not because he couldn't continue. Because it no longer meant anything. What followed was a phase of rebuilding. Health issues. Personal setbacks. Silence. And in that silence, something shifted. He started writing. Structuring. Thinking differently. And he discovered AI — not as a shortcut, but as a tool to organize complexity, to bring ideas into form, to finally build what had always been there.
That's where MADCON comes from. Mad does not mean chaos — it means the courage to think differently. Con stands for connection. Because everything Sven builds is about connecting things that were never meant to be separate. Technology and humanity. Systems and emotion. Ideas and execution.
If you are looking for a typical consultant, you won't find it here. If you are looking for someone who understands how to turn complexity into something usable, something real, something human — you might want to have a conversation. Because in the end, everything comes down to one thing. Connection. And that's exactly what MADCON is built for.
If you're looking for someone who turns complexity
into something real, human and usable — let's talk.
We work with businesses, artists and innovators whose projects align with our philosophy. We don't take every brief — but when the fit is right, we go all in.
